It all started a few years ago, after I had my gorgeous girl. I couldn't shift the baby weight I'd gained, got overly comfortable with myself and just kept on gaining weight. Fortunately there came a day when I looked in the mirror and decided I HAD to change this, I was repulsed with what I saw. I thought I looked disgusting, and so I took to the internet, to find a solution for my problem..
After several days of googling "how to lose weight", "how to lose belly fat" and all sorts of other things, I put together a diet plan in the hopes of that being all I needed to get things back on track. I lost about 10lbs over a couple of weeks, but it really dragged, I was constantly depressed and after the 2 weeks or so I rebounded, and started eating all the "bad" things again that I had tried to keep out of my mouth!
Another year or so passed, during which time I gained back the 10lbs I lost and a whole heap more, and decided I really needed to do something.. Coincidentally, one of my friends at the time had just lost ~50lbs. I asked her how she did it and she recommended a website to me: www.bellygoodbye.com. A guy called William runs it, and at the time he was charging $19.95 per month for access to the site.. I thought hey! What do I have to lose, if it's going to cost me $19.95 per month to lose this ugly belly fat, I'll pay it! After a few months I started to have great results, and he even decided to make the community free! So I was getting all this great belly fat killing advice free of charge.. I forwarded the website on to most of my friends that wanted to lose weight now that it was free, and they love the gems of advice he just gives away.
William himself was obese for much of his teen years, and finally decided to do something about it.. He did tons of research on fat loss, and came up with a concise set of tips and recommendations for things which actually work. He lost over 70lbs!!
When I started putting the tips from Belly Goodbye into action, this is the change that I saw over just 3 months:
Pretty remarkable eh!? I didn't think I could ever look like that! Some people have made even bigger changes than I have.. Thankfully I didn't leave it another couple of years before starting to listen to William at Belly Goodbye's advice. Getting rid of stubborn weight, especially belly fat just gets harder the more of it you have... So it's always better to start sooner rather than later.

My biggest belly busting secret.. (losing belly fat isn't so hard!)
So everyone these days is very busy, and it can seem like it's hard to make time for all the things that the fitness gurus tell you to do. (Do I look like I have time to go to the gym 5 days a week!?) I always try to do things quickly and effectively, and my weight loss was no different.. I lost more than 60lbs over several months - and literally turned my life around.
What was the first thing I changed?
I stopped drinking soda!!!!
Soda is RAMMED full of sugar, calories and all sorts of other bad stuff... It's literally the enemy of weightloss, lol!
Just check out these stats for a regular sized 20 fl oz serving of coke:
That's 22% of the carbohydrate you're meant to consume in an entire day.... from one 20 fl oz serving!! Just imagine what a large coke in Mc Donalds or Wendys sets you back! Lol.
I used to get through loads of coke in the week, I'd drink on average 2-3 bottles a day... that's almost 750 calories! Before I'd even eaten a bit of food!
So pay attention to what you're drinking :).. Just cutting out coke from my diet was responsible for about 10lbs of the weight I lost!!
